目前来看,随着国家经济的高速发展,幼儿的成长越来越受到家长和社会的重视,因此,幼儿教师也受到了更广泛的关注。然而,社会一直以来对幼儿教师的一些偏见和不重视,使幼儿教师待遇及地位过低,已经严重影响了幼儿教师的正常工作,导致幼儿教师职业倦怠现象严重,甚至近几年幼儿园内频繁发生幼儿教师虐童等事件,严重危害了幼儿的身心发展,所以当务之急是要找到幼儿教师职业倦怠的原因并加以分析,采取有效措施解决这一现状。

At present,with the rapid development of the national economy,the growth of young children is increasingly valued by parents and the society.Therefore,preschool teachers have also received more extensive attention.However,the society has always had some prejudice and neglect of preschool teachers,which has made preschool teachers'treatment and status too low.This has seriously affected the normal work of preschool teachers,resulting in serious job burnout,and even frequent abuse of children in kindergartens in recent years,having seriously jeopardized the physical and mental development of young children.Therefore,it is imperative to find and analyze the causes of preschool teachers'job burnout,and take effective measures to address this situation.
