从幼儿园教师虐童事件反思幼儿教师的惩罚行为 被引量:1

摘要 近期,幼儿园教师虐童事件层出不穷,人们围绕教师的惩罚行为展开了激烈的讨论,社会舆论也大力宣扬"尊重儿童,爱护儿童",这使得相当一部分幼儿教师在工作中陷入两难境地,唯恐在惩罚过程中不小心就背上了"虐童"的罪名。但适当的教育惩罚对于行为习惯还未养成的儿童来说十分必要,一个成功、完整的教育必须包含着适当的惩罚。幼儿教师如何在实施惩罚时把握好合适的尺度,才是值得深入思考和探讨的问题。 Recently,there have been many incidents of child abuse among kindergarten teachers.There has been fierce discussion around the disciplinary practices of teachers.Public opinion has also vigorously advocated"respecting children and caring for children".This has caused a considerable number of kindergarten teachers to be caught in a dilemma at work,and they fear that they will be accused of child abuse.But proper disciplinary practices are necessary for children whose behavior has not been established.A successful and complete education must include appropriate disciplinary practices.How preschool teachers grasp the appropriate scale when implementing disciplinary practices is a question worthy of deep thinking and discussion.
