面向工程教育专业认证的应用型人才培养模式

Research on Talents Training Mode of Mechanical Engineering with Orientation of Engineering Education Accreditation

工程教育专业认证已经成为了当前工程教育的趋势。本文以重庆理工大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例,对面向工程教育专业认证的应用型人才培养模式进行了探究。该模式采取以目标输出为导向,以学生为中心并注重过程的持续改进。通过实践表明,该模式下培养的学生具有较强的工程实践能力,能够充分满足企业和社会的需求。

Engineering Education Accreditation has become the trend of engineering education currently.This paper takes College of Mechanical Engineering in Chongqing University of Technology as an example,and the talents training mode of mechanical engineering that could satisfied the requirement of Engineering Education Accreditation was explored from training objective setting,curriculum system construction and training process.The mode is structured by outcome-based education,student-centered and continuing improved.The results of practice show that the students cultivated by the mode have strong ability of engineering which can fully meet the needs of enterprises and society.
