基于转化医学理念老年医学研究生的科研能力培养

Cultivation of Scientific Research Ability of Geriatric Graduate Students with the Concept of Translational Medicine

随着经济的发展与社会的进步,人类的平均寿命不断延长,老年人在人口中所占的比例越来越大。在人口老龄化问题日趋严重的背景下,我国老年医学教育面临着前所未有的挑战。近年来,在医学卫生人才培养工作中,老年医学教育逐步引起我国重视,而老年医学研究生的高素质创造性培养是国家医学教育的重任。如何使培养的老年医学研究生经过研究生阶段的理论学习、临床专科实习、学位科研论文的完成,既能担负起临床医疗工作,又能开展临床研究工作,是一种挑战。随着转化医学的兴起和发展,为老年医学研究生的培养带来了机遇,在老年医学研究生的培养过程中引入转化医学理念必将为培养优秀的具有转化医学意识的老年病科医生产生重要的意义。

With the development of economy and the progress of society,the average life expectancy of human has been continuously extended,and the proportion of the elderly in the population has been growing.In the context of the growing aging population,the gerontological education in our country is facing an unprecedented challenge.In recent years,in the training of medical and health personnel,geriatrics education has gradually attracted attention,and the high quality and creative training of geriatric postgraduates is the task of national medical education.How to make the geriatric graduate students not only can undertake clinical work,but also can carry out clinical research work after post-graduate theoretical study,clinical practice and the completion of academic degree thesis is a challenge.With the rise and development of translational medicine,there is an opportunity for the cultivation of postgraduate students of geriatrics.Introducing the concept of translational medicine into the cultivation of postgraduate students of geriatrics will be surely significant for the cultivation of excellent geriatricians with translational medical awareness.
