高职院校少数民族学生的获得感探析——以江苏建院建筑设计与装饰学院为例

少数民族学生是高职教育的重要群体,也是学生管理工作的重要内容之一。通过访谈,了解高职院校少数民族学生"获得感"的现状,提出少数民族学生获得感培育路径,从而更好地贯彻国家民族政策,实现民族团结。

As an important group in higher vocational education,minority students constitute an important content in student management.Through interviews,the writer aims to learn about the status quo of minority students'sense of achievement in higher vocational colleges,and put forward the path to cultivate minority students'sense of achievement,so as to better implement national policies on minority nationalities and realize ethnic solidarity.
