中职护生就业现状调查与心理状态分析

Investigation on Current Situation of Secondary Vocational Nursing Students' Employment and Analysis of Their Mental State

当下,大多数护生对自身的就业定位不清楚,就业意识薄弱。调查研究发现,二级及以上医疗机构已经处于人满为患的状态,社区等基层机构的护理人才非常缺乏。中职院校毕业生在工资待遇、就业环境等方面的期望值较高,与现实严重不符,导致就业率常年较低,大多数学生选择参加三校生高考继续深造。本文通过问卷调查的方式,对中职护生就业现状进行研究,剖析中职护生就业的心理状态,并给出护生就业的解决策略。

At present,most nursing students'job orientations are not clear,and their sense of employment is weak.The study found that medical institutions at secondary and higher levels are overcrowded,and nursing professionals at grassroots organizations including communities are insufficient.Secondary vocational college graduates have excessively high expectations of wages and employment environment which are seriously inconsistent with the reality,resulting in a lower rate of employment,so most students choose to continue their studies.Through the questionnaire survey,this paper studies the status quo of the employment of secondary vocational nursing students,analyzes the psychological status of them and gives the strategies of solving the current problems.
