基于数控车床加工精度的影响因素分析及应对策略探究 被引量:35

摘要 随着科学技术的不断发展和创新,越来越多的先进技术和工艺应用到加工生产领域,促使生产效率和生产质量得到显著提升。数控车床作为一种前沿的加工技术,具有较高的加工水平和精度水平,对工件质量和性能具有决定性的影响。数控车床可通过计算机技术实现数字化控制,自动化水平较高,以其独特的优势被广泛应用在机械加工领域。但是,数控车床加工工艺繁琐,很容易受到客观因素影响,为机械加工埋下质量隐患。本文就数控车床加工精度的影响因素进行深层次探究,从多种角度来提出有效对策,以求保证加工质量和精准度,以求推动机械加工领域的发展。 With continuous development and innovation of science and technology,more advanced technology and technics have been applied in processing and production field,which improve production efficiency and quality significantly.As a cutting edge machining technology,NC lathe has high level of machining and precision,which has a decisive influence on quality and performance of workpiece.NC lathe has been widely applied in mechanical processing field for its unique advantages of digital control of computer technology and high automation level.However,machining of NC lathe is easily influenced by objective factors for its characteristics,causes hidden quality danger for machining processing.The article explores influencing factors of NC lathe machining precision further,and puts forward effective countermeasures from various angles,to ensure machining quality and precision and promote development of machine processing field.
