一种新型卷管机的设计方案

Design for a New Type of Coiling Machine

针对不同型号大口径扁平复合排水软管,在现有已成功研制电力电缆卷线器的基础上,加装一台整形器,使卷好的软管形状规则、均匀、直径统一美观。可以通过卷管机的变频器进行参数设置,从而实现速度调节功能。当软管全部收卷到卷盘上后,可以能通过手柄减少卷盘直径,使软管方便的从卷盘上取下,适合于在防汛防旱抢险工程中应用。

Aiming at different types of large-caliber flat composite drainage hoses,an existing plasticizer has been successfully developed on the basis of the existing power cable reel.The shape of the finished flexible hose is uniform and beautiful,the diameter is uniform.You can set the parameters of the inverter through the coiling machine to realize the speed adjustment function.When the hose is fully wound onto the reel,it is possible to reduce the reel diameter by the handle,making it easy to remove the hose from the reel.This equipment is suitable for the application in flood control,drought prevention and emergency engineering.
