摘要
内置式永磁同步电机是一个多变量、非线性、强耦合系统,在电机参数变化或负载扰动的情况下,传统PI控制策略往往难以取得令人满意的控制效果。由于模糊控制算法具有不依赖于电机模型,参数鲁棒性强等优点,本文提出了一种改进型模糊逻辑控制器,设计了输入输出的隶属度函数和模糊规则,并且为了消除系统的稳态误差,增强系统的快速性,在系统中引入积分控制环节,直接对电机转速误差的实际值进行积分运算,再与模糊逻辑控制器的输出变量叠加后构成总的输出变量。仿真结果表明,所提控制策略在全速域范围内对负载扰动和转速波动具有较好的抗扰性能,验证了本文所提控制策略的正确性和有效性。
Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is a multi-variable,nonlinear and strongly coupled system.In the case of motor parameters change or load disturbance,the traditional control strategy is often difficult to obtain satisfactory control results.Due to the intelligent control algorithm is independent of the motor model,parameter robust,etc,in this paper,an improved fuzzy controller is proposed,and a 20kW interior Permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM)simulation model used for electric vehicle is established.In order to further eliminate the static error and enhance the control system rapidity,introduce integral control in the control system,direct integral the exact amount of error,and then superposition the output variables of the fuzzy controller form the total output variables.The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy has the advantages of fast dynamic response,strong anti-interference ability and robustness in the motor parameters change or load disturbance.
