台区极限线损的低压配电网降损规划决策研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对低压配电网损耗偏大、理论线损难以计算以及节能降损措施选择盲目性等问题,本文提出了基于台区极限线损的低压配电网降损规划决策。通过计算负荷曲线形状系数的极限值来计算台区极限线损率,分析台区极限线损率与线损率指标关系,可找出制约台区线损的薄弱环节,明确范围并制定有针对性的措施进行节能降损。本文中的两个案例证明了基于台区极限线损的低压配电网降损规划决策能够找出台区线损薄弱环节,选择台区节能降损措施,从而为制定低压配电网降损规划提供方向。 In order to solve the problem of high loss of low-voltage distribution network,the difficulty of compute theoretical line loss and the blindness of measures choice of energy saving and loss reduction,this paper proposes a loss reduction planning decision-making of low-voltage distribution network based on substation area line loss limit.It could help us to calculate the substation area line loss rate limit by calculating load curve shape coefficient,to find weakness of the substation area line loss by analyzing relation between substation area line loss limit and line loss rate index,to stipulate targeted measures for energy saving and loss reduction.The two cases in this paper prove that the loss reduction planning decision-making of low-voltage distribution network based on substation area line loss limit could help us to find weakness of the substation area line loss and to select energy saving and loss reduction measures using in the substation area effectively,therefore it also could provide the direction for formulating the low loss planning of the low-voltage distribution network.
