寰枢椎联合骨折的诊疗进展

Progress in surgical treatment of combination fractures of the atlas and axis

寰枢椎联合骨折发病率低,但死亡率和神经损伤发生率均高于寰椎骨折或枢椎骨折。损伤原因多为高能量创伤,患者致瘫致死可能性大,造成不可恢复的后果。目前,寰枢椎联合骨折尚无统一的诊疗标准和指南。本文综述目前国外寰枢椎联合骨折的诊疗进展,以利于选择正确的治疗方法,提高治疗效果,降低并发症发生率。

Combination fractures of the atlas and axis is rare,but its mortality and incidence of nerve injury higher than the fracture of the atlas or the axisa.Most of the causes of injury are high energy trauma,and patient has a great possibility of causing paralysis and causes the consequences of non recovery.At present,there is no unified standard and guide for atlantoaxial joint fracture.This article reviews the current progress in diagnosis and treatment of atlantoaxial fractures in foreign countries,so as to facilitate the selection of correct treatment methods,improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of complications.
