摘要
目的:探讨大黄与伪品大黄的鉴定方法。方法:真品和伪品各25份,分别对实验样本进行性状鉴定、显微鉴定、荧光试验鉴定和薄层色谱鉴定,对比4种鉴定方法的鉴定准确率。结果:显微鉴定、荧光试验鉴定和薄层色谱鉴定方法准确率均明显高于性状鉴定(P<0.05)。结论:显微鉴定、荧光试验鉴定和薄层色谱鉴定均为大黄和伪品大黄的有效鉴定方法,性状鉴定方便、省时,但准确率较低。
Objective:To study the identification method of rhubarb and pseudo-rhubarb.Methods:with 25 pieces of rhubarb and 25 pieces of pseudo-rhubarb,identified by genuine and fake products,identified by microscopic identification,identified by fluorescent test and identified by TLC.Then we compared accuracy rate of four identification methods.Results:The accuracy of the three identification methods was significantly higher than that of the genuine and fake products identification(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microscopic identification,fluorescence identification and TLC identification are effective methods for identification of rhubarb and fake rhubarb,which is convenient and time-saving,but the accuracy is low.
