口腔种植修复与常规修复治疗牙列缺失的临床效果

The clinical effects of dental implant repair and routine repair in the treatment of dentition deletion

目的:探讨口腔种植修复与常规修复治疗牙列缺失的效果。方法:收治牙列缺失患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规方法治疗,观察组采用口腔种植修复法。结果:观察组的牙列缺失治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在治疗后的生活质量得到很大程度的改善(P<0.05)。结论:口腔种植修复和常规修复治疗牙列缺失都有有一定的治疗效果,但口腔种植修复对于患者的牙列缺失的治疗效果更佳,在一定程度上改善了患者的语言功能和咀嚼功能,也大大提升了患者在治疗后的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of dental implant repair and routine repair in the treatment of dentition missing.Methods:100 patients with dentition missing were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with oral implant.Results:The total effective rate of the dentition defect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life in the observation group was greatly improved after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral implant repair and routine repair of dentition defect has certain therapeutic effect,but the oral implant for patients with dentition lack of better treatment effect,to a certain extent,not only can improve the language function of patients and refused to function,but also greatly enhance the quality of life in patients after treatment.
