苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年性高血压的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of amlodipine besylate in the treatment of senile hypertension

目的:探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年性高血压的临床疗效。方法:收治老年性高血压患者78例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用非洛地平片治疗,观察组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗效果和不良反应发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年性高血压的临床疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of amlodipine besylate in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods:78 cases of elderly hypertensive patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated by felodipine tablets,and the observation group was treated with amlodipine besylate.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of amlodipine besylate in the treatment of senile hypertension was significant,and the security was high.
