摘要
目的:探讨神经内镜辅助钬激光疗法与立体定向放射疗法治疗颅内肿瘤的临床效果。方法:收治颅内肿瘤患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用神经内镜辅助钬激光疗法治疗,对照组采用立体定向放射疗法治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗效果和并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:神经内镜辅助钬激光疗法治疗颅内肿瘤的临床效果更优。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of endoscopy assisted holmium laser therapy and stereotactic radiotherapy for intracranial tumor.Methods:86 patients with intracranial tumors were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated by endoscopy assisted holmium laser therapy.The control group was treated with stereotactic radiotherapy.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect and the incidence of complications in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of endoscopy assisted holmium laser therapy for intracranial tumor was better.
