针灸治疗脑损伤儿在基层医院的推广应用

Application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of brain injury in primary hospital

目的:探讨针灸治疗脑损伤儿的效果。方法:收治脑损伤患儿120例,分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上联合针刺治疗。结果:观察组GCS、GDDS评分高于对照组,治疗时间少于对照组,清醒及昏迷变浅人数、治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗小儿脑损伤,疗效显著,能够促进患儿大脑发育,使患儿早日清醒、昏迷变浅,康复快,有效改善预后。

Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of brain injury.Methods:120 children with brain injury were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture.Results:The scores of GCS and GDDS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the treatment time was lower than that in the control group.The total effective rate of wakefulness,coma and shallowly treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture is effective in treating pediatric brain injury.It can promote the development of children's brain,and wake up early,coma become shallower,recover quickly,and effectively improve the prognosis.
