丹红注射液联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的:观察丹红注射液联合血管扩张药治疗急性脑梗死的有效性和安全性。方法:将急性脑梗死患者120例随机平分3组。丹红注射液组使用丹红注射液静脉滴注,前列地尔组使用前列地尔静脉滴注,综合组同时给予上两组药物治疗。结果:各组治疗前后经NIHSS和ADL评分比较,综合组总有效率97.5%,丹红注射液组85%,前列地尔组72.5%,综合组优于其他两组(P<0.01),丹红注射液组总有效率高于前列地尔组(P<0.01)。结论:两药联合治疗急性脑梗死是安全、有效的,联合治疗优于单用血管扩张药或丹红注射液。

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Danhong injection combined with vasodilator in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:120 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the 3 groups on average.The Danhong injection group was treated with intravenous drip of Danhong injection.The alprostadil group was given alprostadil intravenously.The combined group was given the above two drugs at the same time.Results:The NIHSS and ADL scores before and after treatment in each group were 97.5%in the combined group,85%in the Danhong injection group,72.5%in the alprostadil group,and the comprehensive group was superior to the other two groups(P<0.01).The total effective rate of Danhong injection group was higher than that of alprostadil group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combined treatment of acute cerebral infarction with two drugs is safe and effective,and the combined treatment is better than the single use of vasodilator or Danhong injection.
