阿奇霉素联合小儿消积止咳口服液治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of azithromycin combined with pediatric antitussive oral solution in the treatment of children's mycoplasma pneumonia

目的:观察阿奇霉素与小儿消积止咳口服液联合应用治疗小儿支原体肺炎患儿的临床效果。方法:收治小儿支原体肺炎患儿172例,随机平分两组。研究组利用阿奇霉素联合小儿消积止咳口服液治疗,单用组单用阿奇霉素治疗。对比两组患儿的支原体肺炎治疗效果,并对比两组患儿的治疗时间、X线片变化差异。结果:研究组治疗有效率97.67%,高于单用组的83.72%;研究组不良反应发生率11.62%,低于单用组的29.06%;两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率以及症状消失时间等指标,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用阿奇霉素能够有效杀灭患儿体内的支原体肺炎病原体,但对患儿的咳嗽症状改善效果不佳,对支原体肺炎患儿加用小儿消积止咳口服液,能够缩短患儿咳嗽时间,改善患儿炎性细胞水平,减少用药不良反应。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of azithromycin combined with pediatric antitussive oral solution in the treatment of children's mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:172 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The research group was treated with azithromycin combined with pediatric antitussive oral solution,while the single use group was treated with azithromycin.The treatment effect of mycoplasma pneumonia in the two groups of children was compared,and the time of treatment and the difference of X-ray film were compared in the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.67%,higher than that of the single use group(83.72%);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 11.62%,lower than that of the single use group(29.06%);the therapeutic effect,the incidence of adverse reaction and the time of disappearance of symptoms in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of azithromycin can effectively kill the mycoplasma pneumoniae in the children,but the effect of improving the cough symptoms is not high.For children with mycoplasma pneumonia,pediatric antitussive oral solution can shorten the cough time,improve the level of inflammatory cells and reduce the adverse drug reactions.
