消眩止晕片对椎基底供血不足型眩晕的临床药效研究

Clinical efficacy of Xiaoxuan Zhiyun tablets on vertigo of vertebro basal blood supply deficiency

目的:探讨消眩止晕片和强力定眩片治疗椎基底供血不足型眩晕的疗效。方法:收治因椎基底动脉供血不足导致不同程度眩晕患者242例,平均分为A、B两组。A组给予消眩止晕片治疗,B组给予强力定眩片治疗。结果:A组总有效率高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:消眩止晕片对中度以下的眩晕治疗效果较好,对后交通型脑缺血的总体治疗效果优于强力定眩片。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Xiaoxuan Zhiyun tablet and Qiangli Dingxuan tablet in the treatment of vertigo of vertebral basilar insufficiency type.Methods:242 patients with vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar insufficiency were divided into the A group and the B group.The A group were treated with Xiaoxuan Zhiyun tablet,and the B group were treated by Qiangli Dingxuan tablet.Results:The total effective rate of the A group was higher than that of the B group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Xiaoxuan Zhiyun tablet has better effect in the treatment of moderate dizziness,and the overall treatment effect on post traffic cerebral ischemia is better than that of Qiangli Dingxuan tablet.
