超声诊断在妇产科急诊中的临床应用研究

摘要 目的:探讨和分析超声诊断在妇产科急诊中的临床应用价值。方法:收治妇产科急诊患者100例,对全部患者进行临床的病理分析检查,后对其进行腹部及阴道的超声诊断检查,对患者的临床效果进行观察、记录和比较。结果:100例患者中,经腹壁超声诊断的符合率85.00%;经腹壁联合阴道超声诊断的符合率92.00%;经腹壁联合阴道超声诊断的过程中,对异位妊娠的诊断符合率最高,为94.83%。对急性盆腔炎的诊断符合率最低,为83.33%。其中,流产的诊断符合率90.91%,黄体破裂的诊断符合率86.67%,卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的诊断符合率90.00%。结论:超声诊断在妇产科急诊中具有较高的诊断正确性,符合率较高,并且操作更简单,患者的痛苦程度更小,可作为妇产科急诊首要检查方法。 Objective:To discuss and analyze the clinical application and application value of ultrasonic diagnosis in the emergency department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:100 cases of emergency department of obstetrics and gynecology were selected.The clinical pathological examination was performed on all patients,and the ultrasound diagnosis of the abdomen and vagina was carried out.The clinical effects of the patients were observed,recorded and compared.Results:In 100 patients,the diagnosis of abdominal ultrasound consistent rate was 85.00%.The coincidence rate of abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound was 92%.During the process of abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal sonography.The rate of diagnosis for ectopic pregnancy was the highest,94.83%.The rate of diagnosis for acute pelvic inflammation was the lowest,83.33%.The diagnostic coincidence rate of abortion was 90.91%,the diagnostic coincidence rate of corpus luteum rupture was 86.67%,and the diagnostic coincidence rate of ovarian cyst pedicle torsion was 90%.Conclusion:Ultrasound diagnosis in gynecology and obstetrics emergency has high diagnostic accuracy,high coincidence rate,simple operation and less pain.It can be used as the first choice for emergency treatment in gynecology and obstetrics.
