人乳头状瘤病毒感染与宫颈病变的关系

The relationship between human papillomavirus infection and cervical lesions

目的:分析和研究人乳头状瘤(HPV)病毒感染和宫颈病变之间的关系。方法:收治宫颈疾病患者20例,对其进行标本采集,并实施HPV-DNA的定量检测与阴道镜检查,统计和分析有关数据。结果:CINⅠ、CINⅡ与CINⅢ的患者HPV-DNA阳性率和宫颈炎患者对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,CIN患者的HPV病毒载量较宫颈炎患者高(P<0.05),患者的HPV病毒载量随着病变程度的增加不断增加。此外,HPV病毒的载量0~0.99、1.00~9.99、10.00~99.9和100.00~范围,病理类型不同的患者之间的对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。受到病变程度的影响,HPV随之增加。结论:患者发生宫颈癌前病变和HPV病毒感染之间的联系非常密切,HPV的病毒载量和宫颈病变之间存在很大联系。

Objective:To analyze and study the relationship between human papilloma(HPV)virus infection and cervical lesions.Methods:20 cases of cervix disease were selected.The samples were collected and the quantitative detection and colposcopy of HPV-DNA were carried out.We made a statistic analysis of related data.Results:The difference of HPV-DNA positive rate and cervicitis in patients with CINⅠand CINⅡand CINⅢwas statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the HPV viral load of CIN patients was much higher than that of the cervicitis(P<0.05).The HPV virus load of the patient was increasing with the increase of the degree of disease.In addition,the load of HPV virus ranged from 0~0.99,1.00~9.99,10.00~99.9 and 100.00~,the difference between patients with different pathological types was statistically significant(P<0.05),affected by the degree of disease,HPV increased.Conclusion:The relationship between precancerous lesions of the cervix and HPV virus infection is very close,and there is a great relationship between the viral load of HPV and the lesion of the cervix.
