临床护理路径管理模式在子宫肌瘤手术中的应用及效果评价

Application and effect of clinical nursing path management model in hysteromyoma operation

目的:探讨临床护理路径管理模式在子宫肌瘤手术中的应用效果。方法:收治行手术治疗子宫肌瘤患者86例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组采用临床护理路径管理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理满意度、住院时间、术中出血量及并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径管理模式在子宫肌瘤手术中的应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path management model in hysteromyoma operation.Methods:86 cases of hysteromyoma treated by surgery were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group was given clinical nursing path management.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the nursing satisfaction,the time of hospitalization,the amount of bleeding in the operation and the incidence of complications were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of clinical nursing path management model in hysteromyoma operation was significant.
