Effect of ICU hierarchical nursing on patients' infection control

目的:探讨ICU层级护理对患者感染控制的效果。方法:选择ICU患者50例,分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用ICU层级护理,比较两组感染症状评分、感染控制和护理满意度。结果:研究组感染症状评分,即导管相关感染、呼吸道感染、泌尿系感染、消化道感染和皮肤及其他感染评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度和感染控制率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ICU患者行层级护理,可有效控制患者感染,提升护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of ICU hierarchical nursing on patients'infection control.Methods:50 patients in ICU were selected.They were divided into the control group and the research group.The control group was given routine care,and the research group was given ICU hierarchical nursing.We compared the infection symptom score,infection control and nursing satisfaction of two groups.Results:The score of infection symptoms in the research group including catheter related infection,respiratory infection,urinary tract infection,digestive tract infection and skin and other infection scores were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and infection control rate of the research group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of hierarchical nursing for patients in ICU can effectively control the patient's infection and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
