肠造口患者社区护理现状及护理需求调查分析

Investigation and analysis on community nursing status and nursing needs for patients with enterostomy

目的:探讨肠造口患者社区护理现状及护理需求。方法:收治肠造口患者94例,对其进行调查,分析社区护理现状及患者护理需求。结果:患者不愿去社区医院就诊的原因主要为医疗水平有限、无专业造口治疗师、无专门造口产品。肠造口患者希望从社区医院获得的护理服务主要有造口袋更换方法、生活指导及并发症的护理。结论:肠造口患者能够从社区医院得到的护理服务有限,社区卫生院应通过多途径提供造口的护理服务与日常护理方法,从而使患者可以在社区得到全面诊疗。

Objective:To explore the status of community nursing and nursing needs for patients with enterostomy.Methods:94 cases of enterostomy were treated,and the status of community nursing and the nursing needs of the patients were investigated and analyzed.Results:The reasons for the patients'reluctance to go to the community hospital were mainly included:limited medical level,no professional stoma therapist,and no specialized ostomy products.Enterostomy patients hope that the nursing services obtained from the community hospitals are mainly included in the method of making pocket change,life guidance and nursing of complications.Conclusion:Enteral stoma patients can get limited nursing services from community hospitals.Community health centers should provide stoma nursing services and daily nursing methods through multiple ways,so that patients can get comprehensive diagnosis and treatment in the community.
