摘要
目的研究迪氏迷孔菌Daedalea dickinsii(Berk.)Yasuda子实体的化学成分。方法迪氏迷孔菌子实体的甲醇提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为(22E,24R)-麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(1)、(22E,24R)-5α,8α-过氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(2)、星鱼甾醇(3)、6-甲氧基啤酒甾醇(4)、16-乙酰基多孔菌酸C(5)、3α-羧基乙酰氧基-24-亚甲基-23-氧代羊毛甾-8,24(31)-二烯-26-酸(6)。结论化合物1~4、6均首次从该真菌中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from the Suit bodies of Daedala diTn((Berk.)Yasu-da.METHODS The metlianol extract from the fruit bodies of D.dickinsii was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical proper-ties and spectral data.RESULTS Six compounds were isolated and identified as(22E,24R)-ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3p-ol(1),(220,24B)-5a,8a-epoxyergosta-(5,22-dien-3p-ol(2),stellasterol(3),6-metiioxycer-evisterol(4),16-acetylpolyporenic acid C(5),and 3a-carboxyacetoxy-24-methylene-23-oxolanost-8,24(31)-dien-26-oic acid(6).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-4,6 are isolated from this fungus for the first time.
