中国在改革开放近四十年里,取得了一系列的突出成就,在发展经济和军事等硬实力的同时,将软实力的提升放在了十分重要的地位。一国获取软实力的根本前提就在于要获得价值认同,而这种价值认同的获得则是根植于本国的政治文化。在新时代,应从制度、历史和世界三个层面构建构建政治文化,提升国家的软实力。

During the four decades of conducting reform and opening-up policy,China has made a series of outstanding achievements.When strengthening hard-powers such as economy,military force,and so on,China has put the promotion of soft-power to a significant position.If a country wants to gain soft-power,it is a premise that she must gain value identification,which is deeply rooted in her domestic political culture.In the new era,we should establish our political culture in the following three levels including system,history,and the world,so as to improve our national soft-power.
