On the Construction of Chinese Ideological Leadership in the New Era

牢牢掌握新时代意识形态工作领导权,是中国共产党执政能力建设的重要目标。必须坚持理论武装与实践需要有机统一、意识形态的一元指导地位与多样性并存、正面宣传与抵制不良思潮相结合等原则,积极探索提升国家意识形态工作领导权的方法路径,形成适合中国国情的意识形态领导权的实现方式。

We should tightly grasp ideological leadership in the new era,which is an important goal to construct the administrative competence of the Chinese Communist Party.We must adhere to the principles including the organic unity of theory and practice,co-existence between monistic and diversified ideological guidance,combination of positive propaganda with resisting bad thoughts,and so on.In the meanwhile,we must actively explore the approaches to improve national ideological leadership,so as to form an effective way,which is suitable for Chinese practical situation,to realize ideological leadership.
