基于ANSYS的装载机前车架结构的有限元分析

摘要 装载机是经常应用于各工程中的一种施工机器。前车架与前车桥、工作装置和后车架相连接,是装载机的重要机构,也是它的重要部件。其设计的高明程度对前车架的性能产生很大的影响,决定着整个装载机的使用效果。用有限元的方法对装载机作结构分析,得到各种工况下前车架的应力和变形分布云图和结果,为优化设计提供必要的数据支持。所以,装载机的设计过程中对前车架作分析是极其重要的一个步骤。本文准确地计算了在各种工况下前车架受到的载荷,在这个条件下再使用ANSYS软件作前车架的有限元分析,得到前车架应力和变形在各工况下的分布情形。找到应力和变形最大的工况和位置,为接下来的优化设计提供参考。 Loader is a kind of construction machinery widely applied in various projects.The front frame is also an important part of the loader which connects the front axle,the work installment and the back frame.The high degree of design has a great influence on the performance of the front frame,which determines the effect of the whole machine.The stress and deformation distribution maps and results of the front frame in kinds of work conditions are explored by the finite element analysis of the front frame,which provides necessary data support for the optimized design.Therefore,the analysis of the front frame in the loader’s design process is an extremely important step.In this article,under this condition that the load of the front frame under various conditions is calculated accurately,ANSYS software is used for the finite element analysis,and the stress and deformation distribution of the front frame structure under various working conditions is obtained.To find out the maximum stress and deformation of the working conditions and positions,it provides a reference for the next optimization design.
