摘要 针对驾驶员在汽车行驶过程中因为紧张而误将加速踏板当作刹车踏板踩下,导致严重的交通事故发生的问题,从智能化、自动化的角度出发,采用STC12C5A60S2单片机作为数据采集系统的控制核心,利用多传感器融合技术,设计了一种汽车防误踩智能控制系统,利用测距、角加速度、压力等传感器采集汽车油门踏板相关信息,利用上位机监视系统,采集样本数据,并设定阈值,如果油门误踩,将利用高速电机实行紧急制动。实验表明,该系统制作成本较低,结构简单,准确性和可靠性较高,能够有效辅助驾驶员,达到保证驾驶安全的目的。 In view of the problem that the driver has stepped on the accelerator pedal as a brake pedal during the driving process of the car,it causes serious traffic accidents.From the point of view of intelligence and automation,the STC12C5A60S2 MCU is used as the core of the control of the data acquisition system,and the multisensor fusion technology is used.A kind of intelligent control system for automobile anti error stepping is designed.Using the sensor of distance,angular acceleration and pressure to collect the related information of the accelerator pedal,using the monitoring system of the upper computer,collecting the sample data and setting the threshold,if the accelerator is mistakenly stepping on,it will use the high-speed motor to make emergency braking.The experiment shows that the system is low in cost,simple in structure,high in accuracy and reliability.It can assist driver effectively and achieve the purpose of ensuring driving safety.
