摘要
利用差压原理,设计一台后桥油管自动气密性检测站,能够提高检测的准确性,降低检测成本。后桥油管气密性检测站采用COSMO仪器和气罐组合对零件充气检测,并把产品的实时监测数据在工控一体机上动态显示记录下来。
Using differential pressure principle,design a rear axle oil pipe automatic air tightness testing station,which can improve the accuracy of detection and reduce the cost of detection.This station test parts By COSMO instrument and gas tank,and the real-time monitoring data of the product is displayed and recorded dynamically on the industrial control machine.
