摘要
为获得精度良好的摆线轮,设计一套用于摆线轮立加工序的工装。利用Solid Works软件进行三维建模,并用AN SYS Workbench进行虚拟仿真,验证可靠性。实际生产结果表明,该工装能有效保证摆线轮加工精度,并可以有效地提高生产率,降低生产成本。
The 3D modeling using SolidWorks software,and the tools of finite element analysis with ANSYS Workbench optimization,the stress concentration area,on the premise of safety in production,ensure the machining accuracy of cycloidal gear,improve the service life of the tooling.The actual production results show that the tool can effectively guarantee the machining accuracy of cycloid gear,and can effectively improve the productivity and reduce production costs.
