This paper introduces a kind of traction converter power module IPM test device,the pulse signal and the test through the analysis of the principle of sending the original MITSUBISHI to provide testing device,using embedded digital circuit to produce pulse signal is adjustable,and can detect the test device of IPM feedback waveform,through field test,there is significant effect to improve the efficiency of testing.
