摘要
井口控制盘是海上油气生产的重要设备,蓄能器作为辅助动力源,是井口控制盘的重要组件。结合海上平台井口控制盘的使用特点,阐述了其蓄能器的选型,给出了蓄能器的计算方法。并对井口盘蓄能器的计算方法进一步推演,引入容积率和压差比的概念,推演成果以查询表的方式给出,更便于工程设计人员的使用。
Wellhead control panel is important equipment on offshore platform.As auxiliary power unit,accumulator is an important component of wellhead control panel.This article discusses the accumulator selection and corresponding calculation based on behavior in service of wellhead control panel.At the same time,this article raise a simplified calculation method which deduced from conventional means based on the concepts of effective volume ratio and pressure drop ratio.The result is present via a reference table.It is convenient for engineers’use.
