摘要
从多线切割机张力形成的原理出发,进行了合理的数学建模,分析了张力的四个特点,针对目前常用的张力控制方法的缺陷,提出了一种张力控制改进方案并作测试,该方案用伺服电机直接控制较轻的张力摆杆来代替原来较重的张力锤作用,克服张力锤开环控制的一系列缺点,有效地降低了切割线工作中的张力波动,提高了效率、精度,降低了故障,而且结构简单,成本低。研究为多线切割机的后续设计提出了设想。
Based on the theory of tension formation in multi-line sawing machine,the paper makes a reasonable mathematical modeling and analyzes the four characteristics of tension.Aimed at the defects of the commonly used tension control methods,and improved tension control scheme is proposed and tested.The program uses a servo motor to directly control the lighter tension swing rod instead of the original heavier tension hammer to over a series of shortcomings of the tension hammer open-loop control,effectively reducing the tension fluctuation in the cutting line work,therefore improves efficiency,accuracy,and reduces malfunctions with simple structure and low cost.A proposal for the follow-up design of multi-line cutting machine is put forward in the end.
