In order to ensure the safety and orderliness of NC training base,train students’standardized work and serious dedication spirit,lean management is carried out through the visualization of the training base’s environment and responsibilities.After the construction,the environment and equipment of the training base have been improved,and the efficiency and quality of the teaching of numerical control skills are also improved.
