摘要
挤压工具是铝挤压机中重要的零部件,由于它们在挤压过程中使用频率最多,受力最严重,工作条件最恶劣并且承受高温、高压、反复循环应力的作用,导致其寿命极短。其生产制造过程中,经常出现材料成分超标,内部组织出现白点,热处理时出现开裂等缺陷,使其成品率比较低。以实际制造经验为基础,介绍了以材料H13的挤压工具制造工艺,从冶炼、电渣重熔、锻造、热处理和机加工等工艺方面的关键点进行说明。控制好这些关键点,可以保证挤压工具的质量,提高其寿命,为以后的生产提供参考。
The extrusion tools were important parts of aluminum extrusion press.Their life was shorter as a result of being used frequently in the worst working conditions and working under high temperature,high pressure and cyclic stress in the process of extrusion.In the manufacturing process,the chemical composition of material was often out of limits.There were some white spots in its internal organization and there were some cracks in the time of heat treatment.As a result its yield was lower.On the basis of the actual manufacturing experience,it was introduced that the material H13 extrusion tool manufacturing process and stated from key points of smelting,ESR,forging,heat treatment and machining.Controlling of key points were in order to improve its quality and life.To be provided reference for later production.
