摘要
三维孔即指空间斜孔,其加工历来是机械加工中的难题之一。根据空间解析几何的知识,可从设计夹具的方向对其进行论述,旨在利用简易手工夹具对加工三维孔做一个方向性的探讨,从而达到利用四轴加工中心和简易手工夹具满足三维孔加工技术要求的目的。
Three-dimensional hole refers to the space inclined hole,and its processing has always been one of the difficult problems in mechanical processing.According to the space analytic geometry knowledge,discusses it from the fixture design direction,aimed at the use of simple manual fixture in one direction on the processing of 3D hole,so as to achieve the four axis machining center and simple manual fixture to meet the requirements of processing technology of 3D hole to.
