摘要
基于气门弹簧断裂的机理,使用公式计算和三维校核相结合的方式,得到零件的疲劳安全系数及薄弱部位。为降低设计中存在的疲劳安全系数过低的风险,通过改进热处理和表面处理工艺,提高零件的疲劳安全系数。最终成功地对零件进行了改进。
Base on the principle of the valve spring fracture failure,1D evaluation and 3D stress analysis and fatigue analysis are carried out to get fatigue safety factor and identify the weak position of the valve spring.To reduce the risks of low fatigue safety factor,heat treatment and surface treatment process are improved to get higher fatigue safety factor.Finally,valve spring gets successful improvement.
