发动机运行过程中需要冷却和润滑,大部分零件均需流通冷却液、润滑油;由于各个零件的密封性要求较高,特别是其中最大的独立部件,均需要通过水套、曲轴室、油道进行泄漏测试。对于影响泄露测量合格率的原因很多,本文就影响缸体泄漏测试合格率的因素进行分析并提出改进方案。

Engine operation process need cooling and lubrication,most of the parts all needs to circulation of coolant,lubricants.Higher requirements of the various parts of the sealing,especially one of the largest independent parts,all need through the water jacket,crankshaft,oil leak test.To affect the reason of leakage measuring percent of pass is various,in this paper,the factors influencing the leak test qualified rate of the cylinder body is analyzed and put forward the improvement plan.
