摘要
大数据的应用是一种综合性、辅助性的应用,依赖于各种基础的配合。互联网平台数据收集具有数量大、速度快、类型多的特征,具备经济性、可复制性、互动性、黏性四方面的属性,但存在着安全、被动性及价值密度低的现实困境,以及数据所有权、利益相关者选择权等方面的逻辑困境。区块链是一种高速度、低成本、安全性高、错误少、移除中心攻击点和故障可能性的体系,其去中心化的分布式数据源、非对称加密的"个人黑箱"、加盖时间戳的数据版权可改变大数据收集的支撑条件,为大数据收集过程中的激励机制注入强大动力,降低信息安全方面的风险,促使隐私保护的可持续性,互联网平台在大数据收集过程中可成为价值创造者、数据挖掘者、利益联合者和市场开拓者。
The application of Big Data is comprehensive and assisting,which needs different basic supports.Big Data collection on internet platform has such characteristics as large quantity,high speed,and a lot of classes,and such natures as economic,replicable,interactive and sticky;but it also has such realistic predicaments in terms of safety,passiveness and low value density,and such logic predicaments in terms of data ownership and choices of stakeholders.Blockchain is a kind of system with high speed,low cost,high safety,less mistakes,and the elimination of central attack point and the possibility of error;its characteristics as distributed data source and so on can help us to change the supporting condition of data collection,inject more driving forces for the incentive mechanism in data collection,reduce information safety related risk,and promote the sustainability of privacy protection;in Big Data collection,the internet platform can become the value creator,data explorer,interests alliance,and market explorer.
