高半胱氨酸蛋白61(Cyr61)在宫颈疾病中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的研究高半胱氨酸蛋白61(Cyr61)在宫颈疾病中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学Max VisionTM法检测Cyr61在120例患者宫颈组织中的表达情况,部分前期试验结果已公布。结果Cyr61蛋白在正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组织和宫颈癌组织中阳性表达率分别为85.00%,67.86%,41.67%。3组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.41,P<0.05)。在宫颈癌中,Cyr61蛋白的阳性表达率与临床分期相关,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.17,P<0.05);患者年龄、组织学分级及组织类型不相关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Cyr61的表达水平从正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变组织到宫颈癌组织逐渐下调,Cyr61的低表达甚至缺失可在宫颈癌前病变中被检测出,属于肿瘤发生的早期事件。在宫颈癌中,Cyr61的表达与患者组织类型、组织学分级、年龄均无关,与临床分期、淋巴结转移有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of cysteine rich 61(Cyr61)in Cervical disease and clinical significance.Methods This research colored 120 cervix tissues with Immunohistochemical method(MaxVisionTM),and some preliminary results have been published.Results The rates of Cyr61 protein expression in normal cervix,cervical intraepithelial neoplasias(CIN)and cervical cancer tissues are respectively 85%,67.86%and 41.67%.There is a striking difference in the three groups(χ2=13.41,P<0.005).In cervical cancer,Cyr61 positive expression rate decreases with the clinical stage increased,and difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.17,P<0.05).There is no statistical significance in the difference between Cyr61 expression and the age of the patient,grades and pathological type(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression level of Cyr61 from normal cervix,CIN to invasive cervical cancer is reducing gradually.Its low expression or absence can be detected in precancerous lesions,which is an early event in tumor development.The expression of Cyr61 in cervical cancer is irrelevant to pathological types,grades and age,while relevant to stage and lymph node metastasis.
