摘要
报告1例精神发育迟滞伴发精神障碍合并心功能不全患者的护理。主要内容包括:严密观察病情变化,落实安全防范护理,预防暴力行为发生,做好基础护理和饮食护理,加强行为康复训练和健康宣教等。经过58 d的精心治疗与有效护理,患者好转出院。
The nursing care of a patient with mental retardation complicated with mental disorder complicated with cardiac insufficiency was reported.The main contents include:close observation of the changes of the disease,implementation of safety precautions,prevention of violence,good basic nursing and diet care,strengthening behavior rehabilitation training and health education.After 58 days of car eful treatment and effective care,patients improved discharge.
