针刺留针与否对血管性痴呆大鼠认知功能及皮层神经元损伤的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Acupuncture Needle Retaining or Not on Cognitive Function and Cortical Neurons in Rats with Vascular Dementia

摘要 目的观察留针与不留针情况下针刺"百会"配伍"足三里"对血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠认知功能及大脑皮层神经元损伤的影响,探讨留针与否的针刺效应。方法采用永久性双侧颈总动脉结扎方法建立VD大鼠模型。实验大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、留针组、不留针组,每组8只。针刺模型大鼠"百会"+"足三里"后,Morris水迷宫实验检测大鼠空间学习记忆能力,尼氏染色检测大鼠大脑皮层神经元损伤。结果与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠空间学习记忆能力明显降低,皮层神经元损伤明显;与模型组比较,留针组、不留针组空间学习记忆能力均显著提高,皮层神经元损伤改善;其中,留针组空间学习记忆能力提高更多,皮层神经元损伤改善更明显。结论针刺可改善VD大鼠空间学习记忆能力和皮层神经元损伤,留针效果更好。 Objective To compare the effects of acupuncture needle retaining or not in“Baihui”compatibility“Zusanli”on cognitive function and cortical neurons in rats with vascular dementia(VD);To discuss the acupuncture effects of acupuncture needle retaining or not.Methods VD model was established by permanent bilateral common carotid arteries occlusion.The experimental rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group,model group,needle retaining group,without needle retaining group,with 8 rats in each group.The acupoints“Baihui”and“Zusanli”were used.Morris water maze test was employed to detect the abilities of spatial learning and memory in rats.Nissl’s staining and immunofluorescence technique were used to observe the status of cortical neurons.Results Compared with sham-operation group,the abilities of spatial learning and memory decreased significantly and the injuries of cortical neurons were severe.Compared with model group,the abilities of spatial learning and memory in needle retaining group and without needle retaining group increased significantly and the injuries of cortical neurons were improved,among which,the abilities of spatial learning and memory was increased more,and the injuries of cortical neurons were better improved in the needle retaining group.Conclusion Acupuncture can improve the abilities of spatial learning and memory and cognitive function,and acupuncture needle retaining has better effects.
