摘要
产地加工是保证党参药材品质的关键环节。本文从党参的传统、现代加工方法及加工对党参品质的影响等方面进行综述,总结党参产地加工研究现状,提出应重视产地加工环节,大力开展其规范化研究,充分利用现代科学技术手段揭示"揉搓"加工机制、加强相关设备的研制,并展望了产地加工的发展方向,以期为党参产地加工规范化、质量控制标准化研究提供依据。
The origin processing is a key to quality assurance of Codonopsis Radix.This article reviewed the traditional and modern processing methods and origin processing influence on the quality of Codonopsis Radix,concluded the research status of origin processing,suggested that emphasis should be put on processing links of origin,vigorously carry out its standardized research,make full use of modern scientific and technological means to reveal"rubbing"processing mechanism,strengthen the development of related equipment,and looked forward to the development direction of the processing of origin,with a view to provide references for processing standardization and quality control of Codonopsis Radix.
