前哨淋巴结检测在妇科恶性肿瘤中的应用

Application of Sentinel Lymph Node Detection in Gynecological Malignant Tumors

前哨淋巴结检测技术在妇科恶性肿瘤中的应用已有较多研究,其意义在于对早期妇科恶性肿瘤患者进行准确分期,筛选出无淋巴结转移的患者,从而避免不必要的淋巴结切除,在保证疗效的同时减小手术范围,并降低手术并发症的发生率,提高患者的生存质量。当然前哨淋巴结检测技术也存在不足之处,如检测的灵敏度较低、假阴性率较高,如何选择注射部位以及示踪剂等。在未来,应更深入地研究前哨淋巴结检测技术在妇科恶性肿瘤中的应用范围,以期更加合理地应用该技术。

Numerous studies have been involved in sentinel lymph node detection in gynecological malignant tumors.This technique can realize accurate clinical staging of patients in early stage,to screen out patients without lymph node metastasis,thus avoid unnecessary extensive surgery,ensuring efficacy while reducing the incidence of complications related to lymphadenectomy,and improving the life quality of the patients.Of course,the sentinel lymph node detection technology also has some shortcomings,such as low sensitivity,high false negative rate,the injection site and tracer selection,and so on.In the furture,further studies on the scope of sentinel lymph node detection should be done,for better and reasonable application of the technology.
