血尿酸的来源去路及痛风关节炎的中医辨治

高尿酸血症是临床常见的风湿及内分泌代谢疾病,其严重影响患者的身心健康。因此,针对其病因采取防治措施成为目前医疗界关注的重点。临床上,常通过控制血尿酸的来源和促进其分解来预防高尿酸血症的发生。其中,血尿酸的产生过多与饮食摄入过多、自身产生过多、排泄过少有关,通过控制饮食、调节嘌呤代谢紊乱、增加排泄等途径可促进其排出。此外,中医药在痛风关节炎的防治方面有重要作用。今后若能将临床治疗与实验研究相结合,探讨中医药的作用机制,将提高中药治疗痛风的临床效果。

Hyperuricemia is a common clinical rheumatism and endocrine metabolic disease,which can seriously impact the patients′physical and mental health.Therefore,taking preventive measures against the cause of the disease has become the focus of attention in the medical field.In clinical practice,the prevention of hyperuricemia is often by controlling the source of blood uric acid and promoting its decomposition.Excessive production of blood uric acid is related to excessive intake of diet,excessive self-production and low excretion.The excretion can be promoted through controlling diet,regulating purine metabolism disorder and increasing excretion.In addition,traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of gout arthritis.In the future,a combination of clinical and experimental studies will be used to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine,which will improve the clinical effect in the treatment of gout.
