摘要 高尿酸血症是一组嘌呤代谢紊乱的疾病,与其他代谢性疾病的发生、发展密切相关。近年来,高尿酸血症及相关代谢性疾病的患病率逐年上升,严重影响人们的生活质量。目前国内外研究对高尿酸血症及相关代谢性疾病的具体致病机制尚不清楚,故多采用蛋白质组学技术,通过对蛋白质进行分离和鉴定找寻相关差异蛋白,进一步探索疾病的发病机制和治疗途径,为今后开展预防、治疗以及药物研究、筛选治疗靶点蛋白等提供科学依据。 Hyperuricemia is a group of purine metabolic disorders,which is closely related to the occurrence and develo pment of other metabolic diseases.In recent years,the prevalence of hyperuricemia and related metabolic diseases has been increasing year by year,which has seriously affected people′s quality of life.The current domestic and foreign research on the pathogenesis of hyperuricemia and related metabolic diseases is not yet clear,so using the proteomic technology,to find the relevant proteins through the separation and identification of proteins,to further explore the pathogenesis and treatment approach for the prevention,treatment and drug research in the future,screening therapeutic target protein provides a scientific basis.
