摘要 肥胖相关的慢性低度系统性炎症,促进了心血管疾病、2型糖尿病等代谢性疾病的发展。但与肥胖相关的促炎进程的病因尚不十分明确,可能是一个包含了多器官间信号相互连接的复杂网络。高脂饮食会引起肠道菌群组成和肠肽水平等变化,由此引起的肠道稳态失调是慢性低度系统性炎症的一个原因,甚至发生在肥胖和糖尿病等代谢性疾病之前。因此,肠道稳态失调可能是导致慢性低度系统性炎症发生、发展一系列事件中的起始事件。未来,平衡肠道稳态,改善慢性低度系统性炎症,将成为治疗肥胖及相关代谢失调的新方向。 The systemic chronic low-grade inflammation is associated with obesity that contributes to the development of metabolic disorders such as cardiovascular diseases and type 2 diabetes.But the etiology of obesity related proinflammatory processes is not yet very clear,and it may be a complex network that contains interconnected signals between multiple organs.High fat diet can cause changes in intestinal flora and intestinal peptide level,resulting in imbalance of intestinal homeostasis which is a cause of chronic low grade systemic inflammation.It even occurs before metabolic disease such as obesity and diabetes.Therefore,homeostasis of the intestine may be the starting event in a series of events that cause chronic low systemic inflammation.In the future,balancing intestinal homeostasis and improving chronic low systemic inflammation will be a new direction for the treatment of obesity and related metabolic disorders.
