尖锐湿疣与人乳头瘤病毒感染相关性研究进展

Research Progress in the Relationship between Patients with Condyloma Acuminatum and Human Papillomavirus Infection

尖锐湿疣是一种通过性接触传染的疾病,主要与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染相关。目前已发现200多种HPV,其中HPV6及HPV11与尖锐湿疣发病的关系最为密切。HPV感染率下降有利于降低尖锐湿疣的发病率。尖锐湿疣患者中不仅存在HPV单一感染、双重感染,还存在多类型HPV混合感染。目前临床上常见HPV检测的取材方法可能存在表面污染的情况,准确而简便的方法有待进一步研究。HPV隐性感染者的随访时间受年龄和性别影响,年轻女性的随访时间相对较短。尖锐湿疣的治疗方法主要包括物理方法和化学方法。化学治疗方法相较物理治疗方法在提高HPV感染清除率方面更加有效,进而更好地控制疾病的发展。目前各国数据显示HPV疫苗的确有预防尖锐湿疣的作用,但是需要更进一步的研究。

Condyloma acuminata is a disease transmitted through sexual contact and it is primarily associated with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.So far,more than 200 HPV types have been found,of which HPV6 and HPV11 have the closest relationship with genital warts.The reduction of HPV infection rate is beneficial to reduce the incidence of genital warts.Condyloma acuminatum patients′warts not only have HPV single infection,double infection,but also many types of HPV mixed infection.At present,the common clinical detection methods of HPV may have the surface contamination,and the accurate and easy method needs further study.The duration of follow-up of HPV-infected patients is affected by age and gender,and the follow-up of young women is relatively short.Condyloma acuminatum treatment methods include physical methods and chemical methods.Chemotherapy is more effective than physical therapy in improving HPV infection clearance and better in controlling the disease progression.Current national data show that the HPV vaccine does have the effect of preventing genital warts,but more researches are still needed.
