持续存在的肺磨玻璃结节临床研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 肺磨玻璃结节是一种特殊类型的肺结节,较肺实性结节更易恶变,与肺腺癌密切相关。随着影像技术的进步,肺磨玻璃的检出率逐年增加,然而目前我国仍没有针对肺磨玻璃结节的诊治指南。科学管理,随访和治疗肺磨玻璃结节可以早期发现恶性病变,有利于更好地改善患者预后,提高肺癌患者的生存率。肺磨玻璃结节的成分,自然生长史等决定着结节的良恶性、分子病理特征和侵袭性。液体活检或放射组学有可能代替目前的有创活检,而楔形切除可以减少患者肺功能的损伤,减轻患者痛苦。多发性肺磨玻璃结节的手术治疗方式仍需进一步探讨。 Pulmonary ground-glass nodules is a special type of pulmonary nodules,it is more likely to malignant transformation of solid nodules,its appearance and lung adenocarcinoma are closely related.With the progress of imaging technology,the detection rate of pulmonary ground-glass nodules increases year by year,however,there is still no guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary ground-glass nodules in our country at present.Scientific management,follow-up and treatment of pulmonary ground-glass nodules can early detect malignant lesions,which is conducive to better improve the prognosis of patients and improve the survival rate of patients with lung cancer.The components of pulmonary ground-glass nodules and their natural history determine the benign and malignant,molecular pathological features and invasiveness.Liquid biopsy or radiomics may replace the current invasive biopsy,and wedge resection may reduce the patient′s loss of lung function and reduces patient′s pain.The surgical treatment of multiple pulmonary ground-glass nodules still need to be further explored.
